1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Oakridge Consultants (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

 
2. Services

Oakridge Consultants provides business consulting and related advisory services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of services will be defined in separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work where applicable.

 
3. Fees & Payment Structures

• Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule

• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees
  
   

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables provided by Oakridge Consultants remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes only.

 
5. Confidentiality & NDA

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

 
6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Oakridge Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question
